Description:
Our oil pipe thread instruments are the special precision measuring instruments in the oil industry, mainly used to measure
parameters of thread taper, thread pitch and thread height for oil pipe, such as casing pipe, oil pipe, pipe line and drill pipe.
Our oil pipe thread instruments include oil pipe outer/inner thread taper instrument, outer/inner thread pitch instrument,
outer/inner thread height instrument, etc.
This is internal thread height measuring instrument, used for the measurement of internal thread height small than 5 1/2in(139.7mm).
We have different measuring heads for option, when you order, please let us know the thread type needs to be measured,

Our oil pipe thread instruments are manufactured and calibrated critically to the exact standards&ISO9001 management standards,
they meet national standard# JJF1063-2000 and JJG42-96 as well as API STD 5B standard too.

Precautions:
1. According to the specifications of the thread to be measured, place the measuring tip in the corresponding standard
template U-shaped slot, adjust the indicator to zero position, and tighten the bezel locking screw.
2. The measuring tip is placed in the V-shaped groove of the standard template, the indicating value should be the same as
the U-shaped groove, if the indicating value is different, the value table should not exceed 0.013mm, if greater than the value,
indicating that the measuring head is easy is damage, the measuring head should be replaced.
3. Place the measuring point of the calibrated internal thread height measuring instrument in the thread groove to be measured,
and the anvil is close to the adjacent thread top, and then the oil pipe external thread height measuring instrument makes a
small arc swing on both sides of the position perpendicular to the cone, and the maximum negative value or the minimum
positive value should be the thread height error.
