The material is 320H imported from Germany and the hardness is hrc35-38.This is a riveting industry in the mechanical mold parts, parts of the concentricity requirements are very high, the outer teeth are fine teeth, so pay attention to the tolerance of the tooth size.We use import processing center to process this part.After CNC machining, the surface grinder is first used to grind the bottom surface, and then the bottom surface is used as the benchmark for machining other hole sizes.There are several precision holes in the outer teeth. After drilling, the burr on the control edge must be removed.The chamfering on the parts shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawing to prevent the production of sharp corners.Finally, we adopt blackening treatment to prevent rust.
