This CNC machined part is used in servo riveting equipment and is machined from the tough SKD61 material. After rough machining, heat treatment is needed, the hardness of heat treatment is HRC48~52. After heat treatment, we use CNC and precision grinding machine to finish the precise dimension so that the component can meet assembly requirements. The final surface treatment is black titanium plated, which increases the wear resistance and aesthetics of the part.
Our company has 17 sets CNC milling machines, the processing range is 850mm to 1020mm and the machining accuracy can reach 0.002mm. In addition, we also have 3 NC grinding machines and 15 precision hand grinders to ensure the machining accuracy of customers' products.
