Product Introduction                                   

CoolRow is a special air-conditioning component designed to improve the overall operating efficiency of the data center and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment in a constant temperature and humidity environment. It is usually placed between rows of servers to provide cooling close to the thermal load. The horizontal airflow mode supports hot aisle and cold aisle configurations. Air Supply Method

  • High sensible heat ratios do not result in excessive dehumidification.
  • Super long life design: continuous operation for 24 hours and 365 days, design life for 10 years.
  • Easy maintenance: The main components are easy to remove and the fan is hot swappable. The front and rear doors are maintained in accordance with the cabinet maintenance habits, without side maintenance.
  • Multiple efficient backward tilt centrifuges are directly connected to fans, with redundant air volume design, and each fan operates at a better efficiency point.
  • The fans are in a full coverage layout that covers the entire unit facade. The air distribution in and out of the machine is more uniform, which is more conducive to improving energy efficiency and cooling effect.
  • The direct expander uses compressors with high energy efficiency and reliability and EC compressors. The cooling capacity can be adjusted according to the equipment load, thus saving energy and efficiency.
  • The evaporator adopts full cabinet design to maximize the use of space in the unit, so that the heat exchange area is larger. Adopting full coverage fan, the heat exchange effect is better, the cold transport is more stable and uniform.
  • The upper and lower pipe interfaces are reserved for the indoor unit. The standard factory is compatible with the upper and lower pipe. You can choose freely according to the actual situation on site without additional customization. Infinitely variable speed outdoor fan makes the system run more stably and save energy.
