The FT series offers an example of split-motor load performance test equipment. It is made up of an industrial control machine, magnetic particle dynamometer, hysteresis dynamometer, servo dynamometer, electric parameter acquisition card, motor power supply, and more. The electrical cabinet and motor clamping platform are separated, with a host cabinet that can be equipped with a variety of load test benches with different ranges. This equipment is widely used in various colleges and universities, military units, and enterprise laboratories for data analysis.
The standard motor fixture is capable of fixing motors within the range of 20-300mm. Additionally, we can customize motor shape fixtures to meet specific requirements. Our testing equipment has the ability to measure torque, speed, output power, input power, current, and voltage. Additionally, it is equipped with standard software that can produce T-N five curve graphs and data query tables.

The FT series is capable of testing at speeds up to 30,000 r/min and has an accuracy of up to 0.1% F-S. Torque ranges are available in kg-cm, N.m, mN.M, and g.cm. Additionally, the JYCG series offers a maximum test torque of 500N.m (5000kg.cm) with a test accuracy of 0.5%, while the YT series can test up to 0.5N.m (5kg.cm) with an accuracy of 5%. Voltage test range is 0-100V and current test range is 0-200A (AC and DC optional), with an electric parameter measurement base accuracy of 0.1%.
The device boasts high-speed data acquisition capabilities and can function independently or with a host computer using standard software. Communication and interaction speed reaches up to 10 times per second, and standard software includes functions such as (closed-loop) fixed-point testing, (open-loop) manual testing, whole testing, qualified testing, curve fitting, and more.
The equipment also contains a powerful database processing capability, with real-time data storage in TDMS/XLS format for easy reference and comparison of test data. The data can be monitored in real-time, and the hardware and software have intelligent protection mechanisms in place, including safety value setting protection such as overload, over-voltage, and over-current protection.
