2. Product Material: PD613 from DAIDO, Japan. It has excellent hardness, wear resistance and mirror surface, and has good toughness and good service life. In addition, its heat treatment is not easy to deformation. PD163 die steel is often used in high performance plastic mold, such as the VTR cassette and the guide mold, engineering plastic mould, IC base plate etc.. In addition, PD163 can also be used in cold working stamping dies with high toughness and fatigue strength.
