Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a advanced technology developed since the end of 20th century which realized the efficient combination of membrane separation technology with biological technology. The membrane separation technology replaces the traditional active sludge method and the normal filter unit, its strong separation ability can make the SS turbidity near to be zero, therefore greatly expands the scope of application of waste water recycling.
Our Flat Bioreactor Membrane Welding Machine MBR adopts hydraulic cylinder mode which is two-axis linkage. This kind structure solves the balance problems when welding. When welding, membrane edge is even and smooth looks very nice. Welding edge is very strong for long time use.
MBR membrane welding machine is manuly operate with two buttons for safety. Push two button, then start to produce.

Eddy current welding is adopted. Eddy current welding is more uniform than hot-melt capacity welding, without damaging membrane and can meet the welding requirements for ABS plate with slight shrinkage.
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) process is a combination of biological wastewater treatment and membrane filtration. Biodegradable pollution such as BOD is reduced by activated sludge. Following biological treatment, treated water is separated from activated sludge by microfiltration membrane.
