Surge protector is a lightning protection device for home housing. The lightning protector is used to protect sensitive lines and protect the lightning and direct lightning surge or other transient surge. The lightning arrester adopts the multi-stage protection circuit, selects the brand components and makes use of the advanced production technology. Product Installation
With 35mm standard DIN-rail mounting, connecting copper stranded conductor is 2.5~35mm²
At front of spd each pole must be setted protection---used fuse or miniature circuit breaker lightning current SPD protection,after SPD breakdown to short circuit protection.
SPD install on protected line(equipment) to the front and connected to the supply line. A class products install in the building home-entry line hold larger surge current total distribution box. B, C class products most install on the floor distribution box, D class products close to the front-end equipment that smaller surge current, smaller residual voltage place.

Working principle of product
Power surge protector is divided into two parts: explosion proof box type and modular type. A varistor with excellent nonlinear characteristics is adopted. Under normal conditions, the surge protector is in extremely high resistance state, and the leakage current is almost zero, thus ensuring the normal power supply of the power supply system. When the power system surge overvoltage, the power surge protector immediately passes in the nanosecond time, limits the amplitude of the overvoltage to the safe working range of the equipment, and releases the surge energy into the ground. Subsequently, surge protector rapidly changes to high resistance state, so that normal power supply is not affected.
Use of attention
1. the separation between the protected conductor and the UN protected conductor is good, and it should be separated from the ground wire. At the same time, in order to avoid transient orthogonal coupling between power cables and communication cables, necessary measurements should be made.
2. standard RJ45 interface can be conveniently connected to the front end of the protected equipment. The grounding path should be as short as possible, and the length should not exceed 1.5 meters.
3. grounding lines should be short, thick and straight, so as to reduce the influence of distributed inductors on the ability of lightning electromagnetic pulse.
