Brief introduction
Surge protector is the lightning protection measures taken by Zhejiang toer Electric Co., Ltd. for the electrical system, which is used to protect sensitive lines from lightning induction voltage, voltage fluctuation interference, electrostatic discharge and shock surge caused by large load start-up.
Structure and Principle
SPD is a port, shocking protection, indoor-mounted installation, voltage-limited.
SPD hold disconnector inside, when SPD breakdown failure by over heating, the disconnector can remove from the power grid automatically, and show indication signal. When SPD is working properly, visible window display green, it display red when it breakdown and disconnect.
1P+N,2P+N,3P+N SPD consist of 1P,2P,3P SPD+NPE zero ground protection module, apply to TN-S, TN-C-S and other power supply system.

Working principle of product
In the equipment system, the inductive or capacitive coupling voltage is caused by the lightning shock and the switching operation of the upstream power supply system. Therefore, the surge may damage the photovoltaic modules and inverters and other devices. This will cause serious consequences for the operation of the system. The surge protector is a DC power defense specially designed for this purpose. The lightning module, once the high voltage, and endanger the insulation of the protected equipment, the lightning arrester acts immediately, the high voltage impact current guide the earth, thus limiting the voltage amplitude, protecting the insulation of the equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so as to protect the power equipment.

2. when installing, pay attention to the cable entering and leaving the surge protector. The cables should be separated to avoid the two coupling of surge.
