Brief introduction

   Photovoltaic DC lightning arrester is a lightning protection measure independently developed by Zhejiang tol Electric Co., Ltd. for household solar power generation. It is used to protect sensitive lines from damage caused by lightning induced voltage, power interference, electrostatic discharge and so on. We use multilevel protection circuit, select brand components, use advanced production technology, with low residual pressure, sensitive reaction, stable performance, reliable work and so on. The product is standard 35mm guide rail installation, easy installation, single module can be inserted and replaced. According to different DC power sources, various specifications can be selected, which can be applied to multi-channel DC power supply system through different combinations.

Working principle of product

   In the solar photovoltaic system, the inductive or capacitive coupling voltage is caused by the lightning shock and the switching operation of the upstream power supply system. Therefore, the surge may damage the photovoltaic modules and inverters, which will cause serious consequences for the operation of the photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic lightning arrester is specially developed for this purpose. The lightning protection module of the DC power supply, once the high voltage, and endanger the insulation of the protected equipment, the lightning arrester acts immediately, and the high voltage impact current is directed to the earth, thus limiting the amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so as to protect the power equipment.

Use of attention

  1. lightning arrester must be reliably connected to the ground wire of the lightning protection system, and the connection line is short, thick and straight.

  2. lightning protector should be regularly tested during operation. If there is any failure, it should be maintained or replaced in time to ensure equipment safety.

  3. the standard RJ45 interface can be conveniently connected to the front end of the protected device, and the grounding path should be as short as possible, and the length should not exceed 1.5 meters.

  4. when installing, pay attention to cables coming in and out of surge protective devices, so as to avoid the two coupling of surge.
