Q：Is this surfboard easy to learn? How long does it take to stand up and play if you learn by yourself?
A：—Generally speaking, if you use a power surfboard for the first time, if you don’t stand up and use a boogie board or kneeling board position, you can operate the power surfboard proficiently in about 5 minutes. If you want to stand up and learn quickly,you can stand up on the surfboard in half an hour to an hour and a half. We will send detailed video tutorials to every surfer,and we can also use video teaching to help every surfer master this very interesting sport as soon as possible.
Q：How long is the shipping time? How soon can I receive the goods? A：—After ordering, it usually takes 20 to 30 days to deliver to the door if it is shipped by sea, and it usually takes 7 days to deliver to the door if it is used by air. After ordering, we will handle all the logistics matters. The customer does not need to take any action, just wait for the delivery.
Q：How should I maintain my surfboard? How long is his warranty? A：—The maintenance of the surfboard is actually very simple. If you have used the surfboard in seawater, you only need to open the engine compartment cover and spray WD40 to prevent some parts from rusting. When the power surfboard is not used for a long time, it is best to disconnect the controller and battery to protect the lithium battery from long-term power consumption. Our free warranty period is one year, but we provide lifetime warranty service, product technical guidance and parts replacement, simple questions we will mail you parts, and provide drawing assembly or video guidance to help simple replacement and maintenance.

Q: How does the 12-month warranty work? A: If your board fails, we will analyze the board remotely and conclude whether it is covered by a 1-year warranty. If a module needs to be repaired, we will be responsible for shipping and handling. Damage caused by factors is not guaranteed.
