● Single handle operation for load switch/earthing switch

The switch includes closing position, opening position and earthing position. It just needs one handle to control main switch and earthing switch separately. The mechanical interlocking is not only existing between main switch and earthing switch, but also between earthing switch and front panel of cable compartment, which ensure the safety operation.

● Mechanical interlocking between circuit-breaker and disconnector

It has the reliable mechanical interlocking between the operation of vacuum circuit breaker and three-position disconnector, which can prevent the faulty operation to avoid safety accident.

● Flexible expansion

It can contain 6 modules in one SF₆ gas-insulated tank at most, and each module has its own function. For system with more than 6 modules, the switchgear may be used external busbar connector to connect every two modules or more to obtain full project configuration.

● Spring operating mechanism with maloperation-proof system

Spring operating mechanism includes load switch operating mechanism, switch-fuse combination operating mechanism, and circuit breaker operating mechanism. It can carry out by manual or motor after fixing electromotor. The operating mechanism itself has maloperation-proof system. If it is no need to install earthing switch, it can cancel earthing operation.

● Rustproof cabinet with high mechanical strength

Cabinet is made of 3mm steel plate, with strong mechanical strength and good rust protection.

● Safe and reliable gas tank

The gas tank is made of stainless steel plate, sealed and welded by laser cutting and automatic robot. The protection class is IP67. All live parts are sealed in SF₆ gas tank, and it also passed synchronous vacuum & helium leak test. At the bottom of the gas tank there has an explosion-proof vent, which it is equipped with explosion-proof membrane. In the case of the gas pressure exceeds certain threshold; it can release the pressure from the explosion-proof vent, which makes effectively prevent the harm from the high pressure gas.

● Fuse with sealed isolation

Fuse is fixed on the fuse bracket and then insert in the fuse insulating cylinders. Three pieces fuse insulating cylinders are contained in the stainless steel gas tank and sealed well together inside it. The insulating cylinder completely isolates with outside after the fuse bracket insert in it, this can ensure the fuse won’t be affected by the outside pollution.

● Simply and convenient connection

--- Connection between each set of switchgear

A specialized connector is used for the connection between each set of CKFL switchgear. The busbar in different switchgears can be connected together conveniently and no need to consider the treatment of SF₆ gas. This connector is made by three pieces silicon rubber plug-in units and with special design & structure, which not only ensure the busbar insulation, but also withstand the possible rated current & short circuit current of switchgear. As project request, it can add expansive terminal or standard terminal at the side of the switchgear. The expansive terminal connects with the specialized connector of the other one expansive switchgear; the standard terminal connects with cable.

--- Connection with cable

Cable connection is used on the standard bushing of cable compartment. The cable terminal is made of silicon rubber and with the function of freely touch & anti-flood (it can also add surge arrester); the bushing meets the standard of DIN 47636; both of them can completely meet the technical requirement of fully insulating, fully sealed, and touch freely.
