Mainly used for short-distance transport, handling of bulk material and the product one-piece weight less 100kg on loading and unloading stations which are often changed, such as the port, terminal, station, coal yard, warehouse, building site, sand quarry, farm and so on. It can be divided into lift and not lift type, the running of belt is driven by electric-roller, and the whole lifting and running are non-motorized.
According to different transport requirements, the transport system can be single belt conveyor or consist of several conveyors or be combined with other conveying equipments.Running machine belt can be installed horizontally or aslant to meet the needs of different production lines.
It mainly consists of frame rack, belt, roller, tensioner, transmission part. The frame rack is made of steel, and the belt is made of cotton or nylon as the core. It has the advantages of big conveying capacity, simple structure ,convenient repair and standard parts.
