High frequency screening efficiency, small amplitude, high screening frequency, is an effective equipment for screening and classification of fine materials, used for screening or classification of iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium sand concentrator. The high frequency screen creates a good separation condition, so that materials smaller than the separation size,especially the heavier material particles and pulp together through the screen hole to become the product under the screen.The high frequency used in the high frequency screen destroys the tension on the pulp surface and makes the high speed oscillation of fine material on the screen surface, accelerates the precipitation of useful minerals of large density (specific gravity), and increases the probability of contact between the material with the screen hole less than the separated particle size. Thus, a better separation condition is created, which makes the material smaller than the separation size, especially the material with a larger size grain and pulp pass through the sieve hole together to become the product under the sieve. High frequency screen is suitable for dry and wet screening, classification and dehydration of all kinds of materials in ore dressing, coal preparation,chemical industry, brick making, food, pharmaceutical, alkali making, chemical fertilizer, papermaking and other industries. It is used for fine particle classification in the grinding classification process of concentrator. The screening efficiency is as high as 70% under the conditions of appropriate feeding concentration, feeding size (-200 mesh grain content), and the difference between the required size and the feeding size under the condition of less than 30 percentage points.

The driving power required is small, and there is no large starting current and low noise when starting. 4, rubber spring support screen frame, vibration isolation and sound absorption, low noise, small dynamic load of equipment, do not need concrete foundation. 5, the screen machine adopts a new principle design, is a new structure of high efficiency screen surface vibrating screen machinery. 6. The vibrator drives the screen surface through the transmission mechanism for high-frequency vibration, and the screen box is stationary. The vibration system is designed to work in the state of near resonance, and the whole machine is supported by vibration reduction, so that the ground basically does not bear dynamic load. The screen machine does not need to make a foundation, and it can work normally if it is directly installed on a solid and flat ground or on an ordinary steel structure platform.
