Our Rubber Powder Making Machine is a completely automatic line from drawing out bead wires, cutting tires into blocks, shredding whole tires into chips, grinding chips into granule and milling granules into rubber powder as final products you get from waste tires.

Relationship between fineness and application of rubber power
8~20 mesh: Mainly used in pavement of track, road cushion layer, base plate, lawn, paving elastic layer, athletic ground, etc.
30~40 mesh: Mainly used in producing reclaimed rubber and rubber board, modifying rubber power, paving roads, etc.
60~80 mesh: Called refined rubber power, used in automobile tires, rubber products, construction materials and so on.
80~100 mesh: Called subtle rubber power, used in rubber products, military products and so on.
