Carbon Black Liquid Oil Weighing And Dosing System Rubber Mixing MachineBanbury Mixer
Accurate weighing and dosing of process oils, which are the main inputs of the rubber mixtures, is of great importance for the quality of the resulting product. In addition to product quality, labor costs and environment cleaning has become a major requirement in recent years.
Process Oil dosing is done by weighing the oils with different properties in the desired quantity from main tanks, intermediate tanks, IBC tanks or barrels by means of gear pump, weighing them on weighing pan by means of valves, then transferring to the conveying pan and in turn sending to the mixer by a gear pump. The weighing accuracy is between 5-10g provided that it is not a very hard fluid. In our systems, we work with the highest quality materials, pumps, valves and sensors in order to continue the production of our customers without stopping. One of the most important issues in oil weighing is to ensure the fluidity, and the required viscosity is ensured by heating in both stock tanks and weighing cabins as well as in our pipelines.
n oil weighing, if we work with oils that should not be mixed with each other, even if they must not contact, we offer solutions according to the wishes of our customers by using different oil weighing scales, conveying pans, pumps and separate pipelines.

Features: 1.This system is suitable for banbury capacity from 55L to 160L. 2.It is applicable for the factory building structured of 1-storyey or 2-storey, saving the construction cost for new factory building. 3.This system is to fulfill the storage, conveyance, weighing and dosing of the major ingredients, such as carbon black, white fillers, and oils. 4.The storage area are separated from the production area. 5.This system had integrated mixer upstream equipment, banbury, rubber scale in one program, and realize the online control. 6.This system is realized the production automation and management information systemization. 7.This system mainly applicable for production of rubber products, plastic products, shoes, rubber cable materials, chemical materials. 8.This system had combined vacuum type conveying and screw type weighing, less space occupancy (1-2 meters higher than full vacuum system) and high weighing accuracy(+/- 50g-0.5%).

We also call open mill as two roll mill, 2-roll mill, mixing mill, roller mill rubber. Banbury mixer the compound drops from the bottom. For the kneader, the compound drops from front side.
