High Efficiency Poultry Waste Rendering Plant Machine Batch Cooker
Our company can independently design and manufacture all kinds of meat/bone, animal excrement/feather/flow line craft.According to different technological requirements, we designed a new type of intermittent cooker.
The cooker is the main engine of the rendering workshop, which is a combination of the overall heating of the jacket housing and the heating of the internal spiral shaft.The spindle motor is variable frequency.The speed of cooking utensils can be adjusted according to different raw materials.
The raw material can be fully cooked, mercerized and extracted under high temperature and pressure, and then fully decomposed into fat and meat powder after drying, degreasing, crushing and other processes.There is no loss of protein, unlike steam heating which may bring condensate.
The oil can be used as industrial oil, feed oil and biodiesel.
Meat powder can produce high protein feed and organic fertilizer, the market potential is huge.Products are widely used in agriculture, forestry, fishery, animal husbandry, machinery, chemical and other industries.
The frame adopts steel structure, which can be disassembled and installed easily.
