Product description
scraper evaporator, a strong adaptability, such as high viscosity, heat sensitive and easy crystallization and scaling of materials used. It is mainly composed of heating jacket and scraper, heating steam inside jacket, scraper mounted on rotatable shaft, scraper and inner wall of heating jacket keep very small clearance, usually 0.5 to 1.5 mm. Feed preheated by the top of the evaporator along the tangential direction, due to gravity, centrifugal force and rotating scraper scraping effect, spin of the film in the solution to form the inside wall, and this is in the process of evaporation, liquid in the bottom discharge, two steam escaping from the top. The evaporator is a single - way evaporator with an external dynamic film formation.

Product features
1. The heat transfer coefficient is high, large evaporation capacity, evaporation intensity can reach 200kg/㎡/h, high thermal effciency.
2. Material heating time is short, between about 5-10 seconds, and work under vacuum conditions, more favorable for heat-sensitive material, maintaining a variety of ingredients does nor produce any decomposition, to ensure product quality.
3. To adapt to a wide range of vicosity, low viscosity materials can handle the material viscosity up to 100,000 CP.
4. Changing the direction of rotation of the blade grooves, you can adjust the material; evaporation time in the enviporator
