Feed Level Sensor Introduction:
1. Theory of chicken feeding line feed level sensor
When feed sensor is installed inside the feed pan(connect to open),driving motor starts work to convey feed , when feed sensor does not touch feed,and it shops conveying feed when feed sensor touch feed (for main feed line and pan feeding line use)when feed sensor is installed at the bottom of feed bin (connect to close),
the function is opposite to the above situation.
2. Installation of chicken feeding line feed level sensor
Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery from silo or manpower hopper/feed bin to vice hopper in each feeding line.
3. Feature of chicken feeding line feed level sensor
1.At the end of the main feeding line or in the feeding pan 2.Widely used in feeding line to automatic control of opening and closing of the drive motor 3.Automatic transport the feeder
4. Principle of chicken feeding line feed level sensor
The level sensor is an Electronic Control Switch which is started by most of the raw material. Once the raw material approach to the top of sensor, this switch will on work.
