The structure of the screw feeder is very simple. It pushes the blade through the spiral rotation, and under the combined action of the internal friction force of the material itself and the friction force between the inner walls of the material pipe, the material moves forward in the material pipe to complete the material feeding.
The screw feeder also has the following features:
1. The connection between the screw and the hopper and the silo is easy to operate; there is a movable door under the hopper, which is convenient for cleaning.
2. The screw feeder can lift a variety of powder materials, and the hopper and screw are made of stainless steel.
3. The vibration amplitude of the screw feeding motor, vibration motor and switch control is adjustable, the whole screw is easy to disassemble and clean.
4. The machine has the functions of automatic feeding and automatic shutdown. Independent use needs to install a control system in order to complete the automatic feeding function.
