Many powder products need to be equipped with a spoon. Our automatic powder packaging machine can be configured with a workflow specially used for the spoon function:
Spoon Feed: Automatic powder packaging machines are equipped with a scoop feed system, usually a container or feeder for storing spoons. The system provides scoops during the packaging process.
Powder supply: The packaging machine is also equipped with a powder supply system, which can deliver the powder to the packaging area. This can be done with conveyor belts, screw feeders or other conveying devices.
Scoop filling: In the packaging area, a scoop feeding system feeds a scoop into the bag to be filled. Spoons are usually pre-positioned properly to ensure accurate filling.
Powder Filling: Once the scoop is in the bag, the powder delivery system pours a predetermined amount of powder into the scoop. This is usually through vibration or other mechanical means to control the flow of the powder.
Capping and sealing: After powder filling, the pouch is capped and sealed. This can be a heat seal, pressure seal or other suitable means of sealing to ensure the airtightness of the package.
Packaging completed: When the packaging bag is sealed and sealed, the automatic powder packaging machine will discharge or transfer the packaging bag to the next workstation or packaging outlet.
