Fuction of Potato Chips Production Line Machines

1. Hoist: It is used to preclean potato,soften the potato skin, then hoist potatoes into

washing and peeling machine.

2.Washing & Peeling machine:This machine is used to peeling potatoes with hard brush

and stone brush; Uneven and corrugated brush can peel the potatoes completely.

3.Picking line:It used to pick out the unquality potatoes by manually. There will be waste

material holes and unpeeled potatoes return to system.

4.Cutting Machine:It is used to cut potato into chips, potato chips quality depends on fries

length and shape, so cutting machine is very important

5.Bubble Washing Machine:Wash the starch on the surface of the potato chips.

6.Blanching Machine:This process can remove excess sugar and give the potato slices

a desirable color. 

7.Air-drying dewatering machine:After the blanching process, the slices are dried

by dryer to remove excess water so that it can be crispy after being fried.

8.Countinous Frying Machine:The dried potato slices are fried in potato chips frying machine

for a set period of time. Our continuous potato chips frying machine is specially designed to

ensure a perfect frying result with controlled temperature, while at the same time ensure the

9.Air-drying De-oiling Machine:Fried potato chips should go through defatting process. In this

process, our dewatering and deoiling machine will remove the excess water and oil so that the

chips will be crispy.

10.Seasoning Machine:The cooled down potato chips will be added with flavors with our

flavoring machine. With constant rotating and adjustable angles, the seasoning machine can

spread flavors evenly on the potato chips.

11.Automatic packing machine:This machine will pack the potato chips into didffent size

packages according to your request.
