Scope of application:
Pure copper is a tough, soft, malleable purplish red and shiny metal, also known as red copper. One gram of copper can be pulled into 3000 meter long filaments, or pressed into more than 10 square meters of almost transparent copper foil. Pure copper has high conductivity and thermal conductivity, second only to silver, but copper is much cheaper than silver. The color of copper is very similar to gold, but it is red. The color of hydrated copper ion is blue. Copper metal has certain toxicity, because it is not easy to dissolve, and its toxicity is much weaker than that of soluble copper salt. Copper processed by a specific processing method is not toxic.
Copper is stable in dry air and can maintain metallic luster. But in humid air, a layer of Copper Green will be formed on the surface.
