Scope of application:
Aluminum alloy with Mg as the main alloying element. The magnesium content is between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum magnesium alloy.
Heat treatment strengthening is not allowed.
The density is small (5052 density is 2.68). Under the same area, the weight of aluminum magnesium alloy is lower than that of other series The strength is higher than that of series 1 and 3. It is a medium high strength aluminum alloy with good fatigue and welding properties. High tensile strength and high elongation.
It has good corrosion resistance to marine atmosphere.
5052 aluminum plate belongs to the hot-rolled aluminum plate series, so it can be deeply processed by oxidation.
