Description
The Portable CNC Flame/Plasma Cutting Machine has all function of gantry cutting machine, it is the best replacement production of semi-automatic gas cutting machine and copying cutting machine. It is low cost, easy operating and maintenance, light weight, small size, easy to moving, high utilization ratio of material. The cutting precision is quite the same as gantry cutting machine.
1. Cut any irregular figure either individually or in batches.
2. NC system design is simple and utility. It adapts humanistic positive man-machine conversation and operates easily.
3. Machine structure is made of specially stronger and integrative Aluminum alloy, through high temperature and oxygen to enhance inside structure to avoid harming by long term abrasion, to guarantee smooth operation and cutting precision.
4. Two cutting mode: flame cutting/ plasma cutting.
5. Higher efficiency with lower cost.
6. Install easily, move easily, no need constant place.
7. Good working stability, effective shield high frequency plasma interfere, light weight and portable.
8. Standard software: FastCAM, which be used worldwide compatible. Type3/Artcut6/Caxa/Auto CAD/Art CAM, etc.
9. Process: CAD file converts to G code file (cutting track file) by FastCam Software. Copy G code file to NC system by USB disk, then begins cutting.
