Product Description
The CEMS-1000 flue gas emission continuous monitoring system (CEMS) is composed of four basic parts: the smoke and dust monitoring subsystem, the gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, the flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, the system control and the data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can monitor SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity and other parameters in the gas, and can also expand the monitoring of HCl, HF, CO, CO2,NO2 and other parameters for specific occasions. The measured gas passes through the sampling probe to remove dust, heat tracing tube sampling, multi-stage filtration, secondary condensation to quickly remove water and cool down, and enter the micro heat tracing gas analysis module (DOAS and TDLAS technology) for analysis and measurement. The use of dry measurement effectively solves the technical problems of large fluctuations in data measurement caused by large humidity changes such as waste incineration.
a) In accordance with the complete system requirements, adopt analysis cabinet structure, complete the " Engineer, Procure and Construct design", simplified installation and commissioning.
b) Adopt imported high-performance membrane pump configuration, the pump with strong anti-corrosion ability, high reliability, long service life, small maintenance workload, reliable operation.
c) The device pretreatment system uses a special structural design, using two dehumidification, three dust elimination, combined with the purification method of coarse filtration and fine filtration, dehumidification and acid fog elimination, in long-term operation shows the effective solution to the high dust, high humidity and sulfur conditions, big maintenance workload, low online continuous operation rate. Stable and reliable performance, small maintenance workload.
d) The device uses dry process, extract the sampling style, pulse cleaning, sampling tube electric heating, program control and other technology, with automatic sampling, continuous operation, control interlock and other functions.
Technical Features
The secondary condensation quickly removes water and cools, reduces air and water contact time, and reduces SO2 loss; the analyzer adopts micro-heating technology to reduce the maintenance period of the measuring pool; fast loop sampling pump sampling, fast response time; multi-stage filtration and water removal, Dust removal, high reliability; can achieve full calibration.
