Repeated writing tests were also taken place to ensure that each piece of paper is suitable for writing and ink resistant. Cover materials, whether made of vegan PU leather or crusty paper have been carefully selected, their skin-like texture makes them a pleasure to feel on.

Q: What to do in case of wrong/defective product?

A: In case that you receive wrong or defective product, POPRUN will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.

Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service. You’ll then be contacted in order to organize parcel expedition, at no extra cost. Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies to our return policy. Please note that damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds.

Refunds are processed within 14 days and are made, by default, using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.
