Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer of high quality stationary products (in particular planners and notebooks) based in China.

Q: What information are needed if we want to customize planners or notebooks?

Q: What's the lead time?

A. For stock products, we can dispatch your order in 5 working days. For OEM orders, generally, our lead time is 15-25 days for saddle stitching, wire-o and perfect binding products; 30-40 days for hardcover products after all the details are confirmed and deposit.

Q: Can we do logo / label printing on the products?

A: Of course. Various printing methods are available for customized goods.

Q: What to do in case of wrong/defective product?

A: In case that you receive wrong or defective product, POPRUN will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question.

Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service. You’ll then be contacted in order to organize parcel expedition, at no extra cost. Products are checked once they are returned to our warehouse and refunds are only made if the condition of the product complies to our return policy. Please note that damages due to misuse or vandalism are not subject to refunds.

Refunds are processed within 14 days and are made, by default, using the original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email via the email address indicated in the original order.

Q: I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

A: Please note that orders placed during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00a.m. - 6:30p.m.) are processed within 3 working days, while delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method. Other unpredictable incidents, such as wars/riots/natural disasters/pandemics may also affect the timing for delivery.

Since deliveries are not made during the weekend or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.

Q: When will I receive the tracking code for my order?

A: As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details.

Q: Why was it impossible to deliver my order?

A: Possibilities are as below:

The product of your choice is out of stock;

The delivery address is currently beyond our reach.

Q: How can I return ordered products?

A: Please contact our Customer Service before returning a product. You’ll then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.

You are free to choose a shipping method to return the product(s), although we highly recommend you to choose a tracked service.

Q: What are the conditions for returning products?

A: POPRUN products that are delivered sealed and have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned intact, undamaged and bearing their bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them; it is not possible to reimburse Users for goods that are returned incomplete, ruined or damaged.

Q: How many days do I have to return a product after reception?

A: Please request a return within 14 days after receiving your parcel, or as per the instructions of mandatory regulations in the country of your residence if this is longer.

The return must be delivered within 14 days as soon as you receive a return confirmation letter via email.

Q: Can I exchange 1 or more items?

A: If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact Customer Support to request its return. We inform you that, once confirmed, your order cannot be deleted.

In order to return any products, please contact our Customer Service and request a return, selecting ‘Returns & Refunds’ as the contact reason. You will then be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.

You are free to choose a shipping method to return the product(s), although we highly recommend you to choose a tracked service.

Q: Will I cover the shipping costs for returning items?

A: Unfortunately, returning items are at your own cost.

Q: Why I still haven't received my refund after returning a product?

A: Refunds are made within 14 days of the refund request and only if the product in question is in perfect condition. We must first wait for the product to be returned to our warehouse for thorough examination.

Q: How will I be refunded?

A: The refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method and you will receive confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.

Q: Can I return a customized product?

A: Please note: Personalized products can be returned ONLY if the product is defective.
