EPE online cutting machine is specially used for cutting EPE sheet online. Compared with the traditional manual cutting, it has the advantages of less labor cost, saving time and higher safety.
EPE consists of low density polyethylene resin produced by the physical foaming numerous independent bubbles. It is currently the world’s most advanced protective inner packaging materials. EPE has high elasticity and appearance white. Because it is completely independent of the bubble, it is lightweight, flexible, and can be bent to absorb the impact force dispersion, buffering effect, to overcome the ordinary foam fragile, deformation and recovery of faults. EPE has a thermal insulation, waterproof moisture-proof, heat insulation, sound insulation, anti friction, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, etc. Anti-aging ability, has the very good work ability, at the same time when joining anti-static agent pink EPE materials, it will have significant anti-static function. What’s more, when EPE together with PO film, aluminum film, woven products and so on materials, can also increase the tear strength and ultraviolet-proof function. EPE is a kind of environmental-production material and can recycle.
