SHARE manufactures micron-rated filtration media in rolls for making micron-rated liquid filter bags. By using the state-of-the-art punching and sonic technique and years of producing experience, SHARE is capable of providing micron-rated felts filter bag from 1um to 300um , material available in polyester and polypropylene. After treatment: Singed or Glazed.
Plastic flange top provides the best bag-to-housing seal in today's marketplace. During operation, as the filter bag gets dirty causing differential pressure to increase, the flared top flange seal improves providing optimum performance. The integral plastic flange makes installation and disposal easier. As an added feature, sewn and sonically welded seams are available.
Application of Felt Filter Bag:
SHARE can also slit down the micron-rated filter felts to any widths which clients might need and can punch the filter felts to different shapes. Other than slitting service, SHARE is able to produce standard or non-standard liquid filter bags for our clients.
