Nylon filter mesh is the most popular and economical synthetic filtration mesh. The monofilament nylon fibers can be woven very precisely to create industrial textiles with narrow pore distribution. This precision weaving process creates fine mesh woven fabrics with apertures (hole sizes) as small as 3 micron. Share Filters' nylon mesh openings vary from 3μm to 3233μm. Share Filters' stock of nylon filter mesh screening is available in a variety of sizes that take into consideration of the mesh opening (µ), open area, mesh count (threads per inch) and thread diameter. Other specifications such as weight (kg/m²), thickness (µ), and air permeability are available upon request.

With our heat and ultrasonic cutting technologies, we can create continuos tubular in ribbons and pre-cut tubes. The tubes are equipped with one or two functional seams according to the requirement, which provide the necessary seam strength. The ultrasonic welded tubes have one overlapping weld with more strength.

Our injection moulded filters products consist of a filter mesh held in a plastic frame. Injection moulding will drop hot plastic in a custom made mould with a synthetic or metallic mesh inside. Once cooled and solid, it can produce a very robust and reliable part or product that can be used for filters or screens.
