Share's stock of nylon filter mesh is available in a variety of specifications that take into consideration the mesh opening (µ), open area, mesh count (threads per inch) and thread diameter. Other specifications such as weight (kg/m²), thickness (µ), and air permeability are available upon request. Share monofilament woven mesh material is nylon PA6 and PA66 and feature with effective abrasion and alkali resistance. The softening point is between 130°C and 190°C and the melting point is between 170°C and 210°C.

Nylon Filter Mesh Can Be Used for Air Filtration Processes
The nylon filter mesh is able to use air filtration applications. Because the mesh has openings it can allow air to flow freely through the screen while filtering out dust and other airborne particles. For example, nylon mesh is used in wood production facilities where saw dust is created. The mesh could be attached to a filter on saws in order to collect the saw dust and help prevent it from being spread through the air.
