1. Product Description
Polyester screen printing mesh, woven from strands, was introduced to the screen printing markets for over 40 years. As a high-tech fabric, polyester printing screen mesh is made of 100% polyester yarns and quickly replaces the less reliable yet more expensive silk. It outperforms traditional silk screen cloth form following aspects:
Quality domestic yarns with high tensile strength and low elongation.
More stale than nylon and better cost performance than stainless steel.
Resilient yet flexible enough to be used for printing on irregular surface.
High durability, breaking point, elastic memory and dimensional accuracy.
Superb resistance to abrasion, heat and moisture
Faster tension stabilization allows for finer printing effect without damages to the threads.
Less tension loss during the stretching process.

4. Advantages
Polyester's chemical resistance
Polyesters are usually characterized by acid resistance. But strong acid and high temperature will reduce its scid resistance. On the other hand, Polyester has very limited resistance to alkalinity. The addition of ghost paste usually contains alkaline substance. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines strictly. Chlorine will bleach the yellow fabric. The cleaning agent used in screen printing industry is suitable for cleaning polyester mesh cloth.
High tension and low attenuation tension
Printing MESH special reprocessing techniques are adopted,Maximum tension reach 50N/cm.Meet everyone's requirement for tension.Avoid the breakage of the tension stretching process.
The mesh is uniform,and the screen dot is good
Printing MESH high precision import weaving reeds(küfner ) are adopted.Ensure the consistency of screen opening.Avoid the distortion caused by the mesh distortion of the domestic weaving reeds screen mesh.
Abrasion resistance is good and long service life.
Printing MESH select special sheath-core monofilament to import raw material production. Sheath high strength polyester components reduce screen scraping wear.Increase of service life.
