Despite both being resins, polyaspartic resin and epoxy resin are distinct materials.
Feiyang manufactures polyaspartic resin, serving as a reactive partner for various isocyanates to form a dual-component polyurea/polyurethane transparent coating. This resin blends well with isocyanates, offering more robust and durable surface effects. Their exterior wall coatings are distinguished by weather and yellowing resistance, zero VOCs, requiring less paint application, thus ensuring higher efficiency. The end-users benefit from the rapid drying freedom, easy application with standard equipment, even with high solid content. An additional advantage of using polyaspartic resin is the flexibility to tailor reactivity for batch mixing and application, controlling the curing rate when added to aliphatic coatings, and altering reaction time to extend the application window.
