POE-S416, 16 port channels unmanaged Power Over Ethernet Switch, It comes with 16 10/100Mbit RJ45 PoE ports, 2 Gigabit Copper/SFP Combo uplink Ports, and it complies to standard IEEE802.3af & IEEE802.3at.
Its wide switching capacity of 7.2Gbps greatly relieve the network congestion in office and improve the efficiency of power management and trouble shooting. 250Watts internal power supply dipatch each PoE port around 15.4W power.
Base on its special feature, PoE provides Ethernet data and power over Ethernet cable instead of network cable and electrical cable separately, which greatly reduce the comprehensive cost of its installation. Most importantly, the 16 Port PoE has buint-in Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) that supplys intelligent power to terminal device which is known as Powered Device (PD) such as IP camera, VoIP Phone, Wireless Access Point (AP) and other IP based devices.

5. Support uplink port auto MDI/MDIX
6. Support flow control and adaptive device, prevents packet loss with back pressure (Half-duplex) and IEEE 802.3x PAUSE frame flow control (Full-duplex)
7. High performance Store and Forward architecture, broadcast storm control, runt/CRC filtering eliminates erroneous packets to optimize the network bandwidth
8. Non-blocking switching architecture that forwards and filters packets at full wire-speed for maximum throughput
