The foam-filled fender is a new type of fender, and the interior is filled with environmentally friendly material EVA, which is hydrophobic and does not absorb water even if it is broken. There are galvanized flanges and swivel shackles at both ends of the fender. Hunger polyurethane Eva foam fenders are made of high-quality, high-density Evafoam and new formulas for coating polyurea, so EVA foam fenders have beautiful colors and very durable performance.
Internal: We use high-density closed-cell EVA foam to fill, non-absorbent and high buoyancy.
Exterior: We coat high-quality polyurea elastomer on the exterior, the surface is bright and clean and has a certain degree of flexibility, which can increase the performance of the fender
Both ends: For small polyurethane eva foam fenders, ropes hanging on both sides can be used. For large EVA foam fenders, chains and flanges will be used for connection.
Shape: We can design according to the customer's size, shape and color, or make a rope net or tire chain net on the outside to protect the fender, or we can recommend it according to the customer's place of use.
