Qingdao henger pneumatic rubber fender structure
Qingdao henger pneumatic rubber fender consists of four parts.
1. Inflatable rubber fender outer layer glue
The rubber layer covering the outer side of the fender protects the cord layer and the inner lining rubber from abrasion and other external forces, greatly improving the use mission of the product, and also increasing the durability of the product!
2. Line layer
The cord fabric made of high-quality nylon cords, each nylon cord can bear a weight of 50kgs, and each layer of cord fabric is composed of thousands of nylon cords, which greatly improves the durability of the product and also maintains the fender. The internal pressure of the product does not need to be inflated within 60 days!
3. Inner rubber
As for the lining of the rubber membrane, the content of natural rubber in our products is as high as 60%, which is more flexible and puncture resistant. At the same time, it is used to seal the pressurized air in the fender to prevent the product's internal gas from leaking!
4. Flange opening

Pneumatic Rubber Fender is constructed of synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber sheets with compressed air inside to keep floating over the water surface and work as a shock absorber between two ships or between ships and berthing structure when they come alongside each other on the water.

4. Product Applications
The are two typical installation type: ship to ship operation and ship to dock operation.
a. ship to ship operation
Generally speaking, two contact points are enough for the light duty ship to ship operation. But 1 or 2 extra pneumatic rubber fender should be used as the primary fender to absorb the berthing energy for the heavy duty ship to ship operation, and keep proper stand-off distance between two ships. Meanwhile, two or more small-size fenders can be hung on the ship hull as the secondary fender.
b. ship to dock operation
Pneumatic fenders are often used for the ship to quay operation because of its excellent performance. The pneumatic fenders are anchored with quay by the guy chain and shackles. Meanwhile, the pneumatic fender can be floated on the water surface depend on the change of tide.
