At the same time, the price, operating and maintenance costs of the precipitator, the length of service life and the difficulty of operation management are also important factors in considering its performance. Dust collectors are commonly used in boilers and industrial production.

Use editing: Set the dust hood in each place where the ash is placed, and transport the dusty gas to the dust removal device through the pipeline gas path. After the gas-solid separation is carried out, the dust is collected in the dust removal device, and the clean gas is The complete set of equipment that is introduced into the main pipe or directly discharged into the atmosphere is the dust removal system, and the dust collector is an important part of the system.

The Working Principle of Pulse Valve

1. When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas enters the decompression chamber through the constant pressure pipe of the upper and lower casings and the throttle hole therein. Since the valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas is not discharged. The pressure between the decompression chamber and the lower chamber is made uniform, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the nozzle and the gas does not rush out.

2. When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted up by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the gas is ejected. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipe orifice, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than that of the decompression chamber. The inflow velocity of the pressure tube gas is such that the pressure in the decompression chamber is lower than the pressure in the lower chamber, and the gas in the lower chamber rises up the diaphragm, and the nozzle is opened to perform gas injection
