Installation matters:
I. after unpacking, the user manual, delivery certificate and packing list shall be checked for completeness. Check whether the nameplate is consistent with the order.
2.Before installation, please thoroughly purge the air bag and pipeline. (the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the closed state. After entering the air bag, open the blowdown valve to allow the impurities to be discharged with the gas. Then repeat a few times. Open the electromagnetic pulse valve again to avoid failure of the electromagnetic pulse valve caused by foreign body damage to the diaphragm.
3. When the electromagnetic pulse valve fails, it is recommended to install the bypass device for timely isolation and convenient maintenance.
4.The arrow on the valve body of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Otherwise, normal use cannot be guaranteed.
5.The best way to install the electromagnetic pulse valve is perpendicular to the horizontal pipe with the coil upward. When the condition does not allow to allow plus or minus 30 ° inclined.
6.In order to ensure the normal use of the electromagnetic pulse valve, please install oil and water separator before the electromagnetic pulse valve.
7.Vii. Explosion-proof solenoid valve shall be used in hazardous environment to prevent the occurrence of accidents such as possible explosion caused by electric spark.
