RO water solenoid valve is used inReverse Osmosis System.The valve is assembled with high quality copper wire solenoid coil, and no leaking armature tube assembly. The valve body is made of Plastic (PP,POM,Nylon). All water Purifier products available in RO are made of food grade plastic for retaining the purity of the soft water .
Reverse Osmosis systems
A simple reverse osmosis system consists of a high-pressure pump which increases the pressure of the feed water with salts, ions or impurities. This forces the water across the semi permeable RO (Reverse Osmosis) membrane, leaving behind all the dissolved salts. The required pressure is directly proportional to the salt concentration of the inlet water. The higher the concentration, the higher pressure is required to overcome the osmotic pressure.
The RO membrane lets the cleaner water through and this is called permeate water. The salts and other contaminants which are stopped by the membrane come out as a reject stream. This can be drained out or recycled if possible through the RO system to save water.
The RO systems remove up to 99% of dissolved salts (ions), particles, pathogens and bacteria from feed water.
No concentrated water is discharged from the concentrated water pipe
No concentrated water is discharged from the concentrated water pipe, and the TDS value of pure water is the same as that of tap water
Possible reasons:
◆ It may appear after the product has just been installed, the water machine has been disassembled in a larger area, or after the new installation. It may be wrong to connect the water pipe between the high-pressure pump and the RO membrane membrane shell directly to the tee of the rear activated carbon, so that the tap water from the high-pressure pump directly enters the water storage bucket.
