Application
The air filtration pressure reducing valve is an auxiliary device of the pneumatic membrane regulating valve combination unit. After inputting 0.3 ~ 1.0MPa compressed air, it can provide 0.1 ~ - 1.0MPa clean air source to the pneumatic remote control board and valve positioner. The air filter pressure reducing valve is a pilot piston pressure reducing valve. It is composed of main valve and pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, spring and other parts. The pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the pressure of the regulating spring, the change of the outlet pressure is sensed by the diaphragm, and the pilot valve is opened and closed to drive the piston to adjust the overflow area of the throttling part of the main valve, so as to realize the function of pressure reduction and stabilization. This product is mainly used for gas pipelines, such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied gas, natural gas and other gases.

4. The spring is deformed or stuck in the spool, making the slide move difficult or the spring is too soft
5. The steel ball is not round, the steel ball is not well matched with the valve seat or the poppet valve is not installed correctly.
