Description
The air source processor is an element that does work through the force generated by the pressure or expansion of the gas, that is, a machine part that converts the elastic energy of compressed air into kinetic energy. Such as cylinder, pneumatic motor, steam engine, etc. Air source processor is used for automatic production in metallurgical Electromechanical, construction machinery, transportation equipment, household appliances, light industry, machine tools, medical and other industries.
Maintenance method
a. Clean and dry compressed air shall be used as the working medium, and the air in the piping shall be fully purged to prevent impurities from being brought into the system, resulting in poor cylinder and valve action. If lubrication is required, the atomizer shall be added in the piping system, and the recommended lubricating oil is transparent No. 1 oil (isovg32);
b. After the normal operation of the system, regularly check the working conditions of air filter and oil mist, drain water (except for automatic drainage) and refuel in time;
c. When the cylinder and generator valve are not used for a long time, pay attention to the minimum working frequency once / 30 days;
d. Regularly check the operation of various pneumatic components, check whether the connecting fastening screws are loose, whether the seals of components are damaged and leaked, and deal with problems in time;
e. During maintenance, be sure to turn off the air source in advance and drain the compressed air in the pipeline system before maintenance, so as to prevent accidents;
f. When the components are overhauled and reassembled, the components must be cleaned and impurities cannot be brought into the system
