The locking assembly can work in the temperature range of -30ºC to 200ºC,
and can be made of various materials according to different working environments and media.
The z-series locking assembly produced by Changzhou tianniu transmission company is a keyless connection structure. Under the action of axial force, the inner and outer sleeves shrink and expand closely with the shaft and hub to produce enough friction to transmit torque and axial force, so as to achieve the purpose of mechanism operation.
Features: good centering performance of connection; No heating is required during assembly; It is convenient to disassemble or adjust the relative position between the shaft and the hub; No stress concentration; Strong bearing capacity. Usage: when the hub is connected with the shaft, it plays a tight closing role after being tightened by bolts. Because the product is a conical surface or conical structure, it changes into radial force through axial force movement, resulting in friction and meeting the torque requirements. When disassembling, loosen all the bolts. There is no need to remove the bolts. Then screw the appropriate bolts into the disassembly hole with an Allen wrench and loosen the disassembled parts.
