Products Features
Locking Assembly is a new type of connection. It relies on tightening high-strength bolts to generate positive pressure between the Locking assembly and the shaft or between the housing surface, which is accompanied by friction and a keyless connection device that realizes load transmission. It has many unique advantages and characteristics compared with the traditional mechanical connection method of general interference without bond and bond:
1. Simple to manufacture and install. The shafts and holes for installing the Locking Assembly do not require high-precision manufacturing tolerances like an interference fit, and there is no need to heat, cool or use pressurized equipment to install the Locking Assembly, just tighten the screws to the specified torque value.
2. Good interchangeability and easy disassembly. When dismantling, first loosen the compression screw, and then use the ejector screw to push out the unloading to release the connection state and separate the Locking Assembly from the connection parts.
3. The Locking Assembly connection can withstand heavy loads. Its structure can be made into various styles. In order to meet the installation load requirements, one Locking Assembly is not enough, and multiple series can be used in combination.
4. The Locking Assembly connection is a precise, gap-free, keyless connection. Reliably eliminates the disadvantages such as stress concentration and rolling keys caused by key transmission. It has the advantages of convenient and quick positioning, long service life and not easy to corrode. There is no relative sliding during work and no wear. It is especially suitable for use in various high-precision transmission and servo mechanisms.
5. When the expansion coupling sleeve is installed in the axial direction, it can easily adjust the required position size of the axial direction and the relative position of the parts without any axial fixation.
