1. Weather resistance: Acrylic sheets have excellent outdoor weather resistance and can be considered the best among all plastic materials. Under normal outdoor use conditions, acrylic signboards with reasonable design and processing will not reduce their mechanical strength and their appearance will not change significantly after 10 years of use.
Second, the light transmission performance of the color plate: high-quality acrylic plates will be produced according to strict quality standards to ensure that different batches and different plates have the same color. Since the color of the color plate is evenly distributed along the entire thickness of the plate, the wear marks on the surface of the reverse card will have some influence on the appearance color when illuminated.
The transmittance of most acrylic swatches decreases as the thickness of the sheet increases, and for some signage applications, this effect can be detrimental - for example, using swatches of different thicknesses for the same sign at the same time , there will be obvious color difference. In this case, you can consider using some acrylic color plates with fixed transmittance colors. Although the thickness of the plates is the same, they show the same color transmittance.

6.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.
6.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
6.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
