1. The acrylic panel will burst after drilling holes, which is generally caused by improper operation. The thermal expansion coefficient of acrylic panels is very large, generally nine times that of metal. Therefore, when drilling holes in acrylic panels, pay attention to certain To leave a gap for the expansion and contraction of the acrylic panel, punch a larger hole; there is also a case of bursting when the screw is tightened too tightly; in addition, do not get too close to the edge when simply drilling the hole.
2. Use an ordinary twist drill to grind it into a three-pointed shape, and the middle point is slightly higher, so that the drill can drill the plexiglass well. Or use a hand-crank drill. When drilling, the force should be uniform, and the pores left under the glass plate should be small to enhance the strength of the glass.
