1.  Product Description
     The acrylic diffuser sheet uses chemical or physical means to use the physical imagination of refraction, reflection and scattering when light encounters two media with different refractive indices on the way. By adding inorganic or organic light diffusing agents to the base of PMMA substrate , or artificially adjust the light through the array arrangement of the micro-feature structure on the surface of the substrate, so that the light is refracted, reflected, and scattered in different directions, thereby changing the light's traveling route, and realizing the sufficient dispersion of the incident light to produce the effect of optical diffusion.

3.  How to Check Acrylic Diffuser Sheets
     1. Illuminance meter, this kind of instrument is cheap, convenient and portable, but due to the interference of external natural light, the value of the test will generally be high. This instrument is for reference only, for comparison purposes, not as an accurate instrument.
     2. Light transmittance haze tester: This instrument is less affected by the outside world during the test, so the test results are lower and more accurate than the illuminance tester. Generally, diffuser panel manufacturers use this instrument to test the transmittance and haze of their own products. .
     3. Integrating sphere: The light transmittance of the integrating sphere is very accurate to test the diffuser plate, and it is hardly disturbed by the external environment. Therefore, the data obtained by testing the same plate is lower than the above two. Because the instrument is relatively expensive, only the large Lighting companies use this device to detect light transmittance.
    4. Light intensity distribution: The light intensity distribution is an indicator tool for whether a lamp has commercial value, because only it can be used to test the complete optical integrity of a one-to-one lamp. Some of the other above tools are only for light Molecular measurement or definition measurement of a material, when this material is added to this lamp, whether it meets the regulations of the International Lighting Association, it can only be used to measure
Therefore, in view of the different testing instruments used, the measured light transmittances are not the same. When choosing a diffuser, you must ask what kind of instrument is used to detect the light transmittance. This will not be far from the product you expect. .

  One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.
  7.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
  7.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
