Widely Used Asphalt Plant And Cement Plant Water Treatment Pleated PTFE Filter Bag Cage​

For years, Pleated Bag Filters have been the staple filtration mechanism for dust collectors. Increasingly these are being to replaced by newer technologies such as Pleated Filter Bags (Or Pleated Media).
Often Pleated Bag Filters can be made to fit most existing Baghouse without the need for extensive redesigns. Pleated bags are easily mounted into various size cell plates for both top and bottom load dust collectors.

3. Applications of the star filter bag in the bag house

* Asphalt – Durable construction required for abrasive, high temp environments. Hotmix or batch plants, whether natural gas, waste oil, fuel oil, etc.
* Cement – Filters for all areas of plant: kilns bag houses, silo bin vents, nuisance dust collection, etc. Our filters exceed all EPA emissions standards (NESHAP, CMAT, MACT for portland cement, PM2.5, etc.).
* Chemical – Filter fabrics for acidic or alkali compounds, corrosive or abrasive elements, etc. (lime, calc, fertilizer, plastics, etc.) – Special treatments and fabrics available. We can advise on the best combination for performance and cost.
* Food Processing – Food-grade fabrics construction available for dust collectors used in food production, transportation and packaging such as dust collectors on milling equipment, blenders, mixers, granulators, grain elevators, storage silos and more.

Q: How fast can I get the quotation?

A: We usually quote within 12 hours unless holiday in China, if you can urgent to get the price, you can call us so that we can regard your inquiry priority.

Q: Can I get the samples?

A: yes. The very small quantity sample can be free of charge. But, the shipping expenses should be paid by the customer. And samples will take some time and keep posted.

Q: How long does the production take?

A: Usually the delivery time is 30-45 days after confirming order and detail. Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our normal payment is T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance should be paid before loading or get a copy of B/L.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control.

A: Quality is priority. We will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
