With guaranteed operating ranges varying from 0.005 - 0.45 m for white objects (90% reflectivity), 0.01 - 0.34 m for gray (18% reflectivity), and 0.015 - 0.22 m for black (6% reflectivity), it can accurately detect objects against various backgrounds. The red LED light source with a wavelength of 633 nm and a focused beam path ensures stable and reliable detection, making it suitable for applications where object recognition is crucial, such as in manufacturing lines for quality control.
Robust Electrical and Mechanical Design
This industrial automation product features a sturdy construction. Its housing is made of PC - ABS plastic, and the lens cover is plastic/PMMA, with a net weight of only 10 g.
