Material:
Swing components : Swing suspensions are made of polyamide and consist of double ball
bearing system with swivel. Crossbar of hot-dip galvanised steel. Seats are fastened with a
small-link, steel chain according to DIN 766B, or with a rope.
Plastic slide and seats : Plastic raw material imported from South Korea, selected for suitability, strength and environmental properties. The slide and seats components are identified by different of international standard, allowing optimum recycling. All plastic components maintain their properties in the temperature degree of -30°C to 60°C. All plastic materials are UV and ozone protected to the maximum within the frames of the strongest environmental demands.
Swing posts surface treatment : To protect steel parts against corrosion, they are all subjected to one of the following basic treatments:
1. Hot-dip galvanising (all fabrication prior to galvanisation).
2. Electro-coating of paint (EC-painting)
3. Wet painting after EC-painting
4. Powder coating
